About Our Wheat Berries
White wheat berries are great for pastries, pie crusts, cakes, cookies, muffins, biscuits, waffles, and more. They can also be used in salads and soups that are heavy on veggies and flavor.
While most wheat is thought to have high gluten content, soft white wheat has a lower gluten content than other wheat, just one of its many health benefits.
You can use our wheat berries to make bread, but it’s best for baked goods that don’t require any rise.
