Farm Fresh Wheat was born out of a passion to help families like yours live a better life by milling fresh flour for pastries, quick breads, and desserts at home. After we discovered home milling, we quickly learned the taste, texture, and health benefits surpassed any store bought flour we had tried. And that is why we want to share with you.
All the wheat berries that we ship are grown on our family farm in Central Washington.
